How Can we Help?

Does MSI cover physiotherapy?

No. Services at Elite Physiotherapy are not covered by MSI but many private insurance providers may cover it. Please check with your provider.

Do I need a referral to attend physiotherapy?

No. Physiotherapists are primary practitioners; however some private medical insurance companies will require a referral from a medical doctor to cover the cost of services.

Do you direct bill insurance providers

Yes. We direct bill some insurance companies, but please check to ensure that we can for your provider.

What shall I bring with me?

If it is your first appointment, please bring your insurance information if you would like direct billing.
Please bring your intake form or send it in prior to your session.
Please bring your own shorts for a lower body injury or t-shirt/sleeveless shirt for an upper body injury.

I have been injured in a car accident. Can I attend Elite Physiotherapy?

No. We do not process claims through motor vehicle accident (MVA).

I have been injured at work. Can I attend Elite Physiotherapy?

No. We do not process claims through Worker's Compensation Board (WCB).

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. You may be billed a cancellation fee of half of the appointment charge if you fail to do so. If you are late for your session, we may have to reschedule and charge the cancellation fee.
